Banana Milk Panna Cotta


  • 700ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons of Fernleaf Full Cream Milk Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Banana Flavouring
  • Melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons of soaked Gelatin powder
  • Frozen berries
  • 50ml of lemon juice
  • Strawberries, fresh blueberries and mint leaves

Cooking Method

  1. Heat water to a warm temperature and add Fernleaf Full Cream Milk Powder
  2. Add Banana flavouring, mix well and filter
  3. Mix the melted butter with the Fernleaf milk
  4. Reheat again on medium flame
  5. Add the soaked Gelatin powder and pour into a bowl
  6. Place the mixture in the fridge and leave it to harden
  7. For Berry Compote: Cook the frozen berries, water, lemon juice, sugar and blueberries until mixture is concentrated
  8. Prepare strawberry slices for cake decorations
  9. Remove the panna cotta from the fridge
  10. Decorate with strawberries, blueberries and mint leaves
  11. Serve with Berry Compote
